Cancellation Policy Booking

 

          In compliance with Law 21/1995 of the Spanish Government (Combined Travel Act), and Decree 20/1997, the Valencian Government (Rules of Travel Agencies of the CV), we inform you that you can proceed with the cancellation of book, but in case of cancellation of your reservation, we can apply the following fees and penalties:

               • If you make your cancellation with more than ten days in advance and under fifteen, 5% of the total amount of the service.

               • If you make your cancellation with more than two days later and less than ten, 15% of the total amount of the service.

               • If you make a cancellation within 48 hours of onset, 25% of the total amount of the service.

               • In all cases, in addition, 5% in management expenses and cancellation of the reservation.

          If not submitted on time for the service shall not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, except in cases of force majeure or demonstrable agreement between the parties in another sense.

           Also we inform you that if sufficient cause or force majeure, we meet me on the impossibility of providing a service on the agreed conditions, we will offer the possibility to opt for a full refund of the price paid, or replaced by another with similar characteristics as for class and quality.           For these purposes shall be deemed sufficient cause:

               a) The cases in which the agencies, despite acting with foresight and due diligence, can not provide the contracted services for reasons not attributable to them.

               b) When one day programs do not attain a sufficient number of registrations, provided that such minimum number has been specified in the conditions of the program, and that the cancellation is announced to passengers at least ten days prior to departure.

          If these causes mentioned in the preceding paragraph, or force majeure occur before it has started the service by preventing the fulfillment of the transaction, the customer is entitled to reimbursement of the total amount paid, except for any expenses which, under this condition had been agreed. If they occur after the service started, we are committed to providing the customer, in any case, return to the point of origin and return the amounts that correspond proportionally.
